These Terms & Conditions govern your use of
seowithrohit.com and any SEO consulting services provided by
Rohit Kumawat (SEO With Rohit). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.
1. Parties
"Service Provider" or "we" refers to Rohit Kumawat (SEO With Rohit), based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. "Client" or "you" refers to any individual or business that engages our SEO services or uses this website.
2. Scope of Services
SEO With Rohit provides professional search engine optimization services including, but not limited to:
- Technical SEO audits, implementation, and monitoring
- On-page and off-page SEO strategy and execution
- Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization
- E-commerce SEO for Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom platforms
- AI SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Content strategy, content marketing, and digital PR
- SEO audits, reporting, and strategy consultation
The exact deliverables, timelines, and scope for each engagement will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) provided before work begins.
3. No Ranking Guarantees
Important: Search engine rankings are determined solely by Google, Bing, and other search engines using complex, proprietary, and frequently changing algorithms. SEO With Rohit does not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. We guarantee diligent, best-practice implementation based on current industry knowledge. No ethical SEO professional can guarantee specific positions.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery of services, the client agrees to:
- Provide timely access to required accounts (Google Analytics, Search Console, CMS, hosting control panel)
- Respond to requests, approvals, and feedback within agreed timelines
- Provide accurate business information and content materials when requested
- Implement recommended changes within agreed timeframes (if self-implementing)
- Not engage other SEO service providers simultaneously without prior written disclosure
- Ensure all existing website content complies with applicable laws and does not violate third-party rights
5. Payment Terms
- Retainer Engagements: Invoiced monthly in advance. Payment due within 7 days of invoice date.
- Project-Based Work: 50% advance before project commencement; remaining 50% upon project completion or at agreed milestone.
- One-Time Audits: 100% payment required before delivery of audit report.
- Late Payment: A late payment fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue invoices after 14 days.
- Currency: All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
- All strategies, reports, frameworks, and custom tools created by SEO With Rohit remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their own business purposes.
- Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of SEO With Rohit deliverables without prior written consent.
- Website content, blog posts, and tools published on seowithrohit.com are copyright of Rohit Kumawat and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your business data, strategies, or competitive information to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEO With Rohit shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business resulting from changes in search engine algorithms
- Ranking fluctuations caused by external factors beyond our control (Google updates, competitor actions, technical issues on client infrastructure)
- Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services
- Any penalties arising from pre-existing black-hat SEO practices not disclosed by the client
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
- By Client: 30 days written notice required for monthly retainer cancellations. Work completed during the notice period is billable.
- By SEO With Rohit: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if: (a) payment is overdue by more than 21 days; (b) the client requests practices that violate Google's guidelines; (c) communication or cooperation becomes unsustainable.
- Upon termination, all work completed to date remains property of SEO With Rohit until outstanding invoices are settled.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
11. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not: scrape or copy content without permission; attempt to interfere with website security; use the site to distribute spam or malware; or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
